Solar Low Iron Patterned Glass

Greentec Glass supplies 2mm,3.2mm prismatic/matt low iron solar glass to help maximize light transmission while minimizing absorption and reflectivity aiming at improving overall conversion efficiency in solar PV modules.

· Glass density: ≈2.5g/cc

· Solar transmittance (3.2mm): ≥91.5%

· Solar Transmittance with AR coating (3.2mm) ≥94.3% 

· Glass iron content: ≤120ppm

· Poisson’s ratio: ≈0.2

· Young’s modulus of elasticity: ≈73GPa

· Tensile strength: ≈42MPa

· Hemispherical emissivity: ≈0.84

· Expansion coefficient: 9.03×10m/k

· Softening point: ≈720℃

· Annealing point: ≈550℃

· Strain point: ≈500℃

Solar Low Iron Float Glass

Greentec Glass can supply low iron float glass specially for solar application with high solar energy transmission rate, low absorption rate, low iron content and other excellent features to improve solar energy conversion. This glass can be used in front/back glass of solar modules, solar thermal collectors, BIPV and CSP market. .

TCO glass

TCO glass is mainly used in the modules for CdTe, Dye Sensitized solar cell, amorphous silicon, microcrystalline silicon, perovskite solar cell with lower sheet resistance and excellent haze. Available on clear float glass as well as low iron float glass.
